I have nine years of experience working as QA (manual tester) for website-based applications. During these years, I have developed observation skills about details, analyzing things from the user's perspective, and empathizing with users. Keeping users in the center is the best way to understand project needs.
I am excited to work in the design field, where I can help people by making their digital journey easy and exciting. During this course, I have learned a lot. I am looking forward to new opportunities in the wonderful world of UX design.
